We are Ecenarro

A company owned
by its workers

We are an industrial cooperative and a proud member of MONDRAGON Corporation, bringing over 85 years of expertise to our production plants in Bergara (Gipuzkoa, Spain) and Celaya (Mexico).

With a team of more than 100 people, we operate under a social & economic project that places workers at the heart of our organisation. This commitment to our employees is one of our core values and a key driver of our success.

Employee involvement

Every employee plays an active role in decision-making, fostering a strong sense of belonging and commitment.
