Our processes
Prototyping, simulation, and process design
By leveraging simulation and prototyping, we perform reliable feasibility analyses that minimise risks from the bidding and sample launch phases to full-scale production. We apply key learnings throughout the process to enhance robustness and ensure long-term reliability.
Cold forging
All our cold forging machines feature advanced load control systems, complemented by custom-developed digitalisation. This integration enhances process control and ensures superior quality.
Our plant in Europe is equipped with 4-, 5-, and 6-station machines
Our facility in North America operates 6-station machines.
